Oakville Ontario: HockeyProspect.com is pleased to announce that Ryan Yessie has been named Head Scout. Ryan joined HockeyProspect.com in the summer of 2010 and has been a key member of our staff ever since. Ron Berman, HockeyProspect.com's former head scout, will remain on our scouting staff, but due to time constraints away from scouting, Ron felt the need to slightly scale back his role with HockeyProspect.com. HockeyProspect.com's Mark Edwards spoke about the change, "Ryan has worked hard and is a trusted member of our team. I'm very happy to have a member of our staff who is ready to step into Ron's role and make it a seamless transition. I'm also pleased that Ron will be remaining on our staff and that his decreased role will free him up with fewer scouting obligations."

Ryan will continue to be based out of Sarnia, Ontario. Ron Berman remains in Toronto, Ontario.
