Connor McDavid stays on top of our rankings this month. It doesn’t take a veteran scout to see that he is special. He is off to a great start and holds off Eichel for another month. We saw Jack Eichel and NoahHanifin multiple times since last month’s rankings. They played well and also hold their respective spots in our rankings.
New to the list this month are Callum Booth and Blake Speers. Booth is off to a great start for Quebec after serving as the backup for Team Canada at the Ivan Hlinka tournament in August. Speers is a kid we liked going back to his OHL Draft season and has helped his Soo Greyhounds get off to a fast start this season.
Overall there is not a ton of movement in our rankings this month. It was a tight battle for the last couple of spots in the top 30.
