We keep contact form submissions for up to 1 year for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through our forms for marketing purposes.

What data breach procedures we have in place
We use a constantly updated Threat Defense Feed to protect our website from malware signatures and malicious IP addresses. We take precautions using firewall and malware technology to keep our website safe from potential hackers. We use a scan to leverage the same proprietary feed, alerting us quickly in the event our site is somehow compromised.

At checkout, our payment processors (Stripe or Paypal) may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed through our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our payment partners to use for reference. We DO NOT keep your payment information on our website.
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
